We were excited by Queeny’s request to have an urban maternity shoot. We made Toronto’s famous Graffiti Alley our first stop, then the THIS IS PARADISE mural at Cameron House before finishing up at the University of Toronto.
Amanda and Paul had such a great vibe together, and they were both totally at ease throughout, making for some great unposed photos. This was perfect for us as we think of these kinds of shoots as one part maternity photo shoot and one part couples photo shoot, so we aim to capture candid, natural moments that show off love and companionship.
Our couple was concerned about doing their maternity shoot in their Toronto condo, but we assured them that there was plenty of room and light to work with. The final gallery proves that no home is too small for an indoor shoot!
This mama of three, with another on the way, had a simple request for us—“I would love just one photo with all three kids together smiling!” As parent of twin girls and a mischievous little boy, this family had the same challenge that many families that come to us have—very few pics of everyone together.
When Troy and Jenny reached out about a maternity photo shoot and told us they live in Liberty Village we were super excited! We always look forward to meeting more of our neighbours, and they turned out to be just a couple blocks away.
After receiving one of our gift cards as a present, we spent a lovely evening in Kariya Park, Mississauga with Sim and her partner taking beautiful maternity photos.
