It was early March when we did this maternity photoshoot, and like most Marches in Canada, it was dreary and cold out! Since momma-to-be was due in a couple of weeks, the couple ditched the idea of an outdoor maternity photoshoot to captures photos of her pregnancy and opted for a cosy and relaxed indoor session instead. One concern they had with doing it indoors (which many downtown Toronto condo dwellers also have) was that their condo was too small and dark. We weren’t worried at all, and after seeing a few quick snap shots of their apartment a few days in advance, we assured them that there was plenty of room and light to work with.
We think the final maternity pictures shows just how light and serene their condo is and demonstrates that no home is too small for an indoor photoshoot. Plus, if we did the session in their party room, we would have never been able to capture the entire family – cute little Moe included!
