The crisp, colourful days of fall are here and we’re happy to open booking for a limited number of mini-sessions! These sessions are perfect for immediate families looking to capture portraits with the wonderful colours of autumn as a backdrop.
Each session is 20 minutes long and includes 10 full-resolution digital images for download. They are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis using our appointment booking tool.
Date: Saturday 24th October 2021
Available spots: One spot remaining at 10:30am
Location: Waterloo GeoTime Trail
Where exactly are the mini-sessions taking place?
Mini-sessions will take place in west Waterloo along the Waterloo GeoTime Trail. There is street parking nearby with a short 5-10 walk to where the session will take place. We will email you the exact location, directions and instructions a few days before the date of the shoot.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive for your session 5-10 minutes early so that we can start exactly at the time that you booked; out of respect for everyone’s time there is no wiggle room to go over. Note that sessions are 20 minutes long and begin on the hour and half-hour.
What is included in the fee?
The fee covers your 20-minute outdoor mini-session and 10 digital images. Within two weeks, you’ll receive a link to an online, private gallery with the edited photos from the shoot, allowing you to download 10 full-resolution, un-watermarked images.
Can I order prints?
Yes! The online gallery allows you to order high-quality, archival prints that will be shipped directly to your home.
What is your cancellation policy?
Mini-sessions are non-refundable, unless it rains (see details below). You may sell or gift your session to a friend if you can’t make it, or put your mini-session fee towards one of our full sessions. If you need to change the time, you must purchase a new mini-session (subject to availability) and arrange to gift or sell your initial session to a friend, or put it towards a full session at another time.
